[Title of Show]

What better way to tell your story than to write a musical about writing a musical about writing a musical?! For anyone who has ever had a dream or set out to create, this tale is for you!

With only three weeks until submissions are due for a brand new Musical Theatre Festival (now the famed NYMF), two struggling story tellers -with nothing to lose- decide to try to create something new.

[title of show] -- taken from the space on the festival's application form which asks for the "[title of show]" -- follows four friends on their journey through the gauntlet of creative self-expression. In the span of 90 minutes they write and perform their show at the festival and learn lessons about themselves as people, friends, and artists.[title of show] is, above all, a love letter to the musical theatre -- a uniquely American art form -- and to the joy of collaboration. ation.
